I really enjoyed this aspect of your piece. It reads like a real life journey in that it's totally contrary to how writers are expected to write, edit, then share material. Really appreciate the spontaneity and vulnerability of that.
Thanks, Jasper! I, like many people, have certainly gotten used to the idea that good writing should take a very long time to create. While that may be the case for some stories, it can subordinate the spontaneity—that part of us that makes us feel alive as we write.
